Youth & Teen Exercise Programs<br />

Girls Get Your Groove On (Ages 12-15)<br />

This class is designed to introduce girls to dance technique,<br />

as well as the benefits <strong>of</strong> exercise and loving your body.<br />

Participants will improve balance, increase flexibility, and<br />

enhance cardiovascular endurance through hip-hop, street<br />

jam & funk moves choreographed to today’s hottest music.<br />

Where: Jazzercise Fitness Center at 633 Hope Street<br />

April Vacation All Sports Camp<br />

For boys and girls ages 4 - 12. This camp <strong>of</strong>fers a combination<br />

<strong>of</strong> traditional sports games, physical education activities,<br />

and cooperative games. We ask that our full day campers<br />

bring a (peanut free) snack, lunch and water bottle, and<br />

our half day campers bring a peanut free snack & water.<br />

When: April 18th - April 21st<br />

Time: Half day 9:00AM - 12:30PM or 12:30PM - 4:00PM<br />

Full day 9:00AM - 4:00PM<br />

Shape UP ( Ages 10-17)<br />

Shape up is designed with kids, for kids. There are no gimmicks,<br />

just proven results. It teaches goal setting and planning<br />

skills while instructing kids about the fundamentals <strong>of</strong> good<br />

nutrition and exercise. It helps kids and their families understand<br />

that their decisions today will effect them tomorrow. This<br />

session will provide an overview <strong>of</strong> this results orientated program<br />

which has the power to change the life <strong>of</strong> your child and<br />

the whole family! Children must attend with a parent.<br />

If you love drawing and doodling, you will love this after<br />

school cartooning program. Each week students will work with<br />

a different theme from sports, pirates, gags and popular cartoon<br />

characters. Come enjoy learning the correct way to draw while<br />

having fun and creating exciting characters.<br />

When: March 29th - May 12th ( No class 4/21 & 4/23)<br />

crowds? This easy, 30-minute workout combines cardiovascular<br />

exercise and strength training utilizing machines designed specifically<br />

for women. A staff personal trainer will get you started<br />

with a fitness evaluation, equipment instructions and help you<br />

establish goals. BreakThru to a new you!!!!! Includes one free<br />

body conditioning class per week. Unlimited 7 days per week<br />
