Heroy & TOR Summer Day Camps
Heroy Summer Day Camp
The Heroy Day Camp is open to children 6 - 12 years old
located on Riding Stable Trail. Each day campers will be
involved in such activities as arts & crafts, sports, swimming,
board games, water games, Play Station games, competitions,
tennis, swimming and more. Campers are grouped
by grade so they will be involved in activities and events that
are age appropriate. We also offer weekly camp themes,
field trips, several special events and an end of the summer
family picnic. This program offers a ten to one camper to
staff ratio. Also, our activity room is air conditioned and has
a large indoor arts & crafts room. The camp will run for 7
weeks from Wednesday, June 29th through Friday, August
12th, 2011. Normal camp hours are Monday through
Friday from 9:00AM - 4:00PM with extended AM & PM
care available for an additional charge. Our AM care is open
from 7:30AM - 9:00AM and the PM care is from 4:00PM -
5:30PM. A max of 40 spots are available for each time slot.
The cost will be an additional $25.00 per week for AM or
PM care and $50.00 per week for both. We also have 20
reduced fee spots available for any child that receives free
or reduced lunch in school. The camp fee includes: all field
trips, special events, camp t-shirts (must be worn on all
trips). There will be NO CAMP ON Monday, July 4th.
There is no bus transportation to and from this camp.
Any child that has completed kindergarten is eligible
with proof. Any child that turns 13 before July 29th,
2011 is not eligible for this camp Campers must bring a
bagged lunch each day in a cool pack as no refrigeration
is available!
Camp Fees For This Seven Week Day Camp:
$900.00 per child for seven weeks - Section A
$375.00 per child for seven weeks if they receive free or
reduced lunch in school. ( Max 20 spots) - Section B
What To Bring To Registration: ( Registration Forms are
available the night of registration only if not registering online)1.
1.Copy of child's birth certificate for all 6 year olds 2.
Full Payment ( Check, Cash & Visa or Master Card Only) 3.
Extra copy of the Board Of Ed. Lunch Certificate if you
qualify for free or reduced lunch rate 4. Payment For AM
& PM Care. A max of 130 registrations are accepted . If you
register on line for full pay and your child is age 6 ,you
will be required to bring in a copy of their birth certificate
with in 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture
of your spot and registration fee. Five year olds
currently in kindergarten must register in person and
provide proof with a report card and birth certificate.

Turn Of River Summer Day Camp
This exciting Day Camp program formerly held at Davenport
School is now located at Turn of River Middle School at 117
Vine Road. The Camp is open to children 6 - 12 years old.
Campers are grouped by grade so they will be involved in
activities and events that are age appropriate Also, if your
child needs to attend summer school we are still more than
happy to have them attend our camp part time during that four
week period. Campers will be involved in activities such as
arts & crafts, sports, gym games, special events, swimming
twice a week, color wars, water games , weekly camp themes,
several field trips and an end of the summer family picnic.
We have a ten to one camper to staff ratio. The camp will run
