ZUMBA For Adults<br />

ZUMBA fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and International beats<br />

to create a dynamic dance/fitness class that will blow you<br />

away! ZUMBA is fun, easy to follow and effective! You do<br />

not need to know how to dance to ZUMBA. Imagine burning<br />

500-1000 calories in a single class and having an absolute<br />

blast while doing so. The class combines fast and slow<br />

rhythms that sculpt and tone the body in a party-like atmosphere.<br />

Many different rhythms are incorporated into the class<br />

including merengue, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, calypso, to<br />

name just a few.<br />

Where: Newfield School Gym<br />

When: March 30th - June 8th ( No class 4/20)<br />

Yoga For Adults<br />

Tired <strong>of</strong> feeling tired, stressed or out <strong>of</strong> shape? Give yoga a<br />

eat. In fact, a big part <strong>of</strong> the Transitions Lifestyle System is<br />

helping you make healthy choices while eating a normal, diverse<br />

Spring is upon us and you are looking for a great way to get<br />

in shape. Look no further! This aerobics class is a cardiovascular<br />

fitness program designed to strengthen your heart,<br />

lungs and overall fitness. The program combines energetic<br />

routines set to music. Participants are required to supply<br />

their own mat and should wear proper aerobic shoes.<br />
