Cleared for progress The old house on the corner of Mill and Main Streets ain't what it used to be In fact, it's gone It was torn down last week to make room for eight new condominiums which are planned for the site. "The plans for the condominiums look good," said Edward Talbot, city building inspector. "I think they'll be pleasing to the eye and an asset to the city." Although the property has been cleared and rougfi graded, Talbot said the actual construction won't begin until sometime next spring.
