I CHOSE<br />
Some years ago I worked with Richard and the team at<br />
Martin & Co Wanstead when I rented out my apartment in<br />
Queenswood Gardens.<br />
They provided me with a fantastic tenant and the managed<br />
service was very smooth. Some years later I again enlisted<br />
their services this time on the sales front where Michael &<br />
Richard assisted me.<br />
They managed to sell my apartment in Queenswood Gardens and<br />
also found me a new property to buy on Hermon Hill. I have been<br />
a landlord, seller and buyer through Martin & Co Wanstead and I<br />
have been very happy with their services throughout each stage.<br />
