GOOD TO KNOW
For all newly arrived guests, we offer a guided
tour of the premises, every day at 1pm. This will
help you to quickly familiarise yourself with
the facilities and find your way around. We will
meet at the hotel lobby.
The meeting point for all programmes outside
the hotel is at the Guest Relation Desk, unless
otherwise stated.
Dinner is served daily between 06.00 pm
and 09.00 pm. Each day, we invite you to a
homemade sweet or savoury snack at our
hotel lobby from 03.00 pm to 04.30 pm.
Please wear appropriate clothing and good
hiking or mountain boots for our hikes. A
helmet is mandatory for our ski guiding tours.
You can lend hiking boots, backpacks, poles,
and snowshoes free of charge at the Hotel
Reception. Skis and cross-country equipment,
as well as helmets are available for a fee
directly from the SunUp Shop in the seminar
area.
Please bring a valid 3G (vaccinated, recovered
or tested) certificate for all hikes and
activities!
Possible programme changes - also due to
legal requirements - will be announced in our
daily in-house magazine, which is available at
the breakfast table or the Hotel Reception.
If you need an antigen or PCR test for your
return journey, you can have this done here
at the hotel free of charge. Contact the Hotel
Reception for more information!
SKI INFO
Further information is summarised below. The
teams at our Hotel Reception and the Guest
Relation Desk are always available to answer
any questions you may have!
SKI BUS
The ski bus departs daily, directly at the hotel
for Sölden, every ten minutes from 08.15 am
to 11.13 am. The bus stop is located at the
entrance to the thermal bath garage. The
buses return directly to the hotel from 02.00
pm!
SKI PASS
You can get your ski pass at the Hotel
Reception!
SKI RENTAL + SKI SCHOOL
For the perfect skiing holiday, you will of
course also need professional equipment. At
the ski rental of our partner SunUp Sports in
the seminar area of the hotel you can get the
latest top-brand rental equipment - from skis,
poles and boots to helmets, snowboards and
toboggans. You can also book ski courses
directly in the shop.
CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING
The starting point of the cross-country ski trail
and the night trail is located directly behind
the hotel at the Ötztal Ache River. A map of the
trails is available at the Hotel Reception!
