The final total includes monies raised by
Jonathan and Mark Knight who carried out a
marathon cycle ride from Tidworth in
Hampshire to Campoverde in Spain. Jonathan,
a former soldier with 24 years’ service
supported by his brother Mark driving the
support vehicle undertook this grueling
challenge in aid of the Royal British Legion
Poppy Appeal. The brothers reached Castalla
on Thursday 23rd September to be greeted by
members of the Alicante Branch and members
of the Community. The brothers rested
overnight before continuing their journey to
their final destination at Campoverde.
