steht und damit ihr kräftiges Aroma vollständig<br />
entfaltet hat, wird diese handverlesen<br />
geerntet und in einem rein mechanischen<br />
Verfahren kalt gepresst. So<br />
entsteht das naturbelassene Olivenöl in<br />
seiner reinsten Form, weshalb es auch<br />
mit dem höchsten Gütesiegel als das<br />
„extra jungfräuliche“ Olivenöl bezeichnet<br />
wird.<br />
The olive groves of Calabria are home<br />
to the extravergine Olio d'Oliva which is<br />
still produced respecting a centuries old<br />
tradition. Between autumn and winter,<br />
when the olives are just about to reach<br />
their full maturity and their most powerful<br />
aroma has fully unfolded, they are<br />
hand-picked and cold-pressed in a purely<br />
mechanical process. This is how the<br />
purity of nature comes into being. It has<br />
the highest quality seal named "extra virgin"<br />
olive oil, as it is olive oil in its purest<br />
and most natural form.
