Torr Scientific is now manufacturing ceramic to metal seals. High grade alumina is vacuum brazed at TSL
to kovar weld ends which are in turn TIG welded to CF, KF or ISO flanges. The products are manufactured,
cleaned and helium leak tested to UHV standards. A range of feedthroughs is also under development.
TSL is also pleased to quote for customer designed ceramic to metal seals and for non-standard requirements.
