Street art workshop

Local urban artist, mr meanA,
kindly took time out of his busy
schedule to run a street art
workshop with our year 6 pupils.
The session began with the children
practising writing a single letter
in free style and then progressing
onto blending this into a 2 nd letter.

Next step was to have a go at writing
their tag (stylized signature) in such
a way that their own name could not
be easily recognized.

Gaining in confidence, the children
moved onto creating their own dubs
(using their nicknames as inspiration).
