our telephone conversation, you discussed two other issues which you were to explain. Your explanatory note did not
explain the issues you mentioned to me on the phone, hence the confusion. Please note that I need the details, as
explained, by no later than the end of this week, June 3,d, or I can't get your request on the board's meeting agenda,
should there be a need to do so.
