13 For the purposes of a prompt settlement of the above-captioned matter, consistent
14 with the public interest, statutory requirements and responsibilities of the Arizona State
15 Veterinary Medical Examining Board ("Board"), and as authorized by A.R.S. § 41-
16 1092.07 (F)(5), Norman Ward, D.V.M. ("Respondent"), holder of License No. 3127 to
17 practice veterinary medicine in the State of Arizona, and the Board enter into this
18 Consent Agreement, Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order as a [mal
19 disposition of the matter.
