When coupled to a numerical control, X131 must be connected to the NC reference<br />

potential. This cable must be routed in parallel with the speed setpoint<br />

cable.<br />

Cross–section = 10 mm�!<br />

For a digital drive group with 840D/810D/840C, keep terminal X131 open circuit.<br />

Electronics voltage<br />

� Term. 7: P24; +20.4 ÷ 28.8 V / 50 mA<br />

� Term. 45: P15; +15 V /10 mA<br />

� Term. 44: N15; –15 V/10 mA<br />

� Term. 10: N24; –20.4 ÷ 28.8 V / 50 mA<br />

� Term. 15: M; 0 V<br />

It is not permissible that terminal 15 is connected to PE (ground loop)<br />

It is not permissible to connect terminal 15 to terminal 19 (otherwise a short–circuit<br />

via the reactor would occur – terminal 15 is internally connected to X131).<br />

Terminals to allow the internal electronics power supply to be separately connected,<br />

e.g. through fused terminals (refer to the circuit example in Chapter<br />

9.3.1).<br />

In this case, jumpers 1U1–2U1, 1V1–2V1, 1W1–2W1 must be removed (opened).<br />

Additional information is provided under Chapter 9.3 Monitoring module and<br />

Chapter 9.13 Observe the six–conductor connection!<br />

The internal power supply connection at DC link P600/M600.<br />

e.g. for power failure concepts.<br />

Notice<br />

With this operating mode, terminals 2U1, 2V1, 2W1 of the power supply must<br />

be supplied with the line supply voltage between the I/R module and line reactor.<br />

For a six conductor connection (refer to Chapter 9.13) it is not permissible to<br />

establish a connection between P500/M500 and the DC link P600/M600.<br />

Otherwise, the power supply will be destroyed!<br />
