State Law on Immunization
New York State Law #2165 requires that all students born on or after
January 1, 1957, have on file proof of immunity from measles, mumps
and rubella. These vaccinations must have been given on or after the
first birthday. Therefore, students must submit proof of immunization
signed by a physician or high school health official to the Health Center,
located in O’Hare Hall on the Rose Hill campus, and in McMahon Hall,
Room 203, on the Lincoln Center campus.
