Section 6-41 Penalties and Remedies<br />
Article IX<br />
PENALTIES <strong>AND</strong> REMEDIES<br />
(a) Any violation <strong>of</strong> the following provisions <strong>of</strong> this chapter constitute a misdemeanor<br />
punishable as provided in G.S. 14-4:<br />
6-6, 6-8, 6-9, 6-11, 6-12, 6-13, 6-15, 6-16, 6-27, 6-14.1, 6-28.1, 6-28.2, 6-28.3 (Amend.<br />
1/10/89, 3/19/91)<br />
(b) Any violation <strong>of</strong> the following sections shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a<br />
fine <strong>of</strong> not more than one ($1.00) dollar:<br />
(c) Any violation <strong>of</strong> the following sections shall subject the <strong>of</strong>fender to a civil penalty as<br />
indicated. If the <strong>of</strong>fender fails to pay this penalty within 10 days after being cited for a violation<br />
and notified <strong>of</strong> the penalty, the <strong>Town</strong> may seek to collect it in a civil action in nature <strong>of</strong> debt:<br />
