1 Prewar The Lionel Magazine, approximately twenty-two - twenty-three issues, loose and missing rear covers/pages?, and<br />

such. These appear to be from 1933 through 1936. 1939 Railroads on Parade New York’s World’s Fair Pageant Book<br />

with Program. Ives and American Flyer magazine page ads.<br />

2 Huge lot of mostly postwar Lionel O gauge accessories, components, parts, pieces and more. Component envelopes, SP<br />

bottle, freight truck, lubricant tubes, B92 on card, die-cast railroad signs, coal loader bin and posts, miniature railroad<br />

figures, cattle figures, wire coils, track cleaner cans, and more. Please view the photographs for the best description<br />

3 Two modern era Lionel replacement parts books. One is a postwar book that was reissued in 1986 and the other is MPC<br />

era. Also included is a soft bound book Collectors Guide to Stock Certificates, The Lionel Corporation, by Robert J.<br />

Osterhoff. All are in nice condition. The MPC era outer binder shows a little light wear, but inner pages look near perfect.<br />

13 Lionel postwar service manual and old Lionel parts manuals in three ring binders. Several hundred pages. Excellent<br />

condition, no tears, clean.<br />

20 Five 1948 postwar Lionel O gauge fold out posters for paper models of buildings for layouts, plus a hard bound The 7-Foot<br />

model Train Book (chipping and wear to spine). All are in C8, very nice crisp and complete condition.<br />

21 Prewar and Postwar Lionel Model Builder magazine, seventy-six issues, with issues from 1937 to 1946. Magazines appear<br />

to be in much better than usual condition, ranging C5-6 reader to C8-9 collector. All appear to have attached covers.<br />

22 Eighteen issues of Switcher magazine, The Journal of The Lionel Operating Train Society, with issues from 1991 to 1995.<br />

Issues range C7 to C9.<br />

23 Large lot of Lionel Model Builder magazines with issues ranging with dates in the 1937’s to the 1949’s. Most if not all<br />

control signal in cellophane front display box with several wire coils, a couple OTC contacts and a 153 contactor, box has a<br />

torn flap. No. B5478 Flag and Guard Rail Set on blister pack card with three Guard Rails, four flag poles and flags in<br />

sealed bag, card has opened and cracked blister. No. B153 Automatic Single Target Block Signal with sealed blister.<br />

Window frame box is worn. No. B5151 1/32” scale 8 Piers Trestle Set one blister front display card with attached but<br />

cracked blister and torn card. No. B76 027 Set of Three Boulevard Street Lamps on blister front display card with attached<br />

unnumbered log/pipe cars. Boxes have missing flaps, etc. Four vans included, two white vans have some paint splatters.<br />

45 Postwar Lionel O gauge, thirteen 6448/6470/6480 chassis with some sides and detached ends, 3349 turbo missile launcher,<br />

sections. Three half straight sections. Four shortened sections. Track has rust and tarnish. No. 142 one pair manual<br />

control Super O switches, only one switch w/components envelope containing one directional arrow and insert. Switch<br />

looks unrun C9 in C8 OB. Track is sold as is shown in photos with no returns.<br />

56 Lionel postwar O Gauge F3 frames with modern shells. Set is 2333 P and T frame set painted gold with the modern 3025<br />

plated Chessie A-A shells. Powered A has battery damage to frame. Plating on shells is C7+. Locos overall C6-7 area.<br />

57 Lionel postwar O Gauge F3 frames with modern shells. Set is 2333 P and T frame set. Number boards on shells are 2343.<br />

A-B-A set is custom painted, but has a very nice finish. One slider shoe missing on powered A. Very little if any signs of<br />

battery damage. C7+ condition.<br />

58 Lionel postwar and modern F3 frames with modern shells. Powered frame is a later single motor version. Shells are<br />

reproductions and numbered 971. B units and dummy A are all modern frames. Locos are C7 condition.<br />

59 Lionel Postwar custom Burlington Northern F-3 A-B set. Set is custom painted but has 2333 P and T frames and well as<br />

2333 style shells. Powered frame does have light battery pitting in the frame. Pair is C7 condition.<br />

60 Lionel modern O Gauge Burlington Northern diesel locomotives in OBs. Six locomotives include 8958 GP20 dummy, two<br />

8651 U36B dummy's, 8650 U36B powered, 8957 GP20 powered no box, and custom painted GP9 dummy. Locos are C7-8<br />

condition. OBs show some wear and price stickers.

61 Lionel modern O Gauge Union Pacific diesel locomotives. Includes 8564 powered U boat. Two custom GP-9s and custom<br />

GP-20 dummy units. Also included are two custom shells for an A and B unit. These are F3 shells that have been spliced.<br />

425 Dietz No. 39 standard railroad lantern with an embossed clear globe/chimney. Clear globe is embossed with EJ&ERy and<br />

is etched in black on opposite side SAFETY FIRST, also embossed at the top with a circle K, one minor chip at base.<br />

Lantern and fount are fairly clean with just a little very light surface rust.<br />

426 Metalcraft pressed steel Kroger Food Express delivery truck in original paint with original metal wheels. Truck retains<br />

approximately 80% or better of original paint. Truck measures approximately 11 inches long and 5-1/4 inches tall. Truck<br />

is rust free and should clean and polish to look a little better. Great looking early toy truck.<br />

427 Four repainted Buddy L Outdoor Railroad freight cars, two boxcars, gondola, and a caboose, C6 area.<br />

428 Adlake Kero unmarked lantern w/ruby red globe. Lantern has perfectly clean fount that looks to have barely been used.<br />

Lantern has a little very light surface rust and storage dust. This style lantern was used on crossing gates and might have<br />

been for that purpose.<br />

429 Louis Marx 1st Batt. Siren Fire Chief mechanical car with rusty battery holder, about 70% or better original paint.<br />

Mechanical mechanism works. All original tires, one original? light bulb. Car should clean and polish to look a little<br />

430 William’s Reproductions Lionel No. 256 boxcab electric locomotive, C9-10. Train is dummy/non-powered.<br />

431 Girard Toys early sand & gravel pressed steel truck retaining about 90% or better original paint. Wired for headlights,<br />

appears to have never had lamps or battery installed. Original tires. Approximately 10 inches long and 4 inches long. Bed<br />

is spring loaded.<br />

432 These are at first glance, and in many ways a matching pair of Adlake The Non-Sweating Lamp Company caboose marker<br />

lanterns that have both been electrified in an exactly same manner. One lantern is marked B.R. and the other G.N. No. 7.<br />

Lanterns have had the mount that went on the caboose welded to a flat plate of steel that could be removed or used to<br />

mount the lantern(s) with. Each has a cord that has no plug. Inner parts of the lanterns appear to be complete/present and<br />

in restorable/usable condition. Lens are matching colors, intact and not chipped or cracked.<br />

433 Three tinplate toy trolleys. Two are Japanese; one is mechanically powered with battery powered illumination and the<br />

other is a Broadway 270 with no other markings. Third is marked G.C. Co. No. 48 and is electrically motor powered, 3<br />

surface rust. Lantern in not marked but is accompanied by a note stating this was used by the Chicago Surface Lines.<br />

some light run time. Loco however has some plating flaking and light rust on the tender wheels.<br />

772 3rd Rail modern O Gauge brass Santa Fe 2-10-4 steam locomotive in OB. Cab number is 5011 and this is the three rail<br />

version. Loco feature smoke, TMCC, Railsounds and more. Loco is C8 however has some damage to the pilot area. Pilot is<br />
