We ’ve developed the wa y we operate to m a ke it easier for our customers
to do b usine s s with us. Our quotation and order process is q uic k and easy
to manage from the office or on the go. We s p e c ia lis e in a va s t a rra y of
material options to support customer needs whils t continuously
d e ve lo ping our offering to e ns ure customers ha ve on- trend products at

PORTAL
In e a rly 2020 we launched our o nline tra de portal. Two ye a rs of development, supported by 30 ye a rs of expertise and knowhow
resulted in a portal whic h provides our customers with a tool to help them offer their customer m ore. The underpinning
ethos of the portal is to c o ntinuous ly and re lia b ly support our customers.
The portal offers an in- depth review of our c o lle c tio ns, including im a g e s of slabs, insta lle d worktops and technical
guide line s , designed to help c lie nts m a ke an info rm e d work s urfa ce de c is ion.
The portal a ls o enables us to tra in our customers, a llo wing them to pass their knowledge onto c lie nts , instilling trus t in the
products and services the end- user is purchasing.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The work s urfa ce ind us try re lie s hea vily on our pla ne t,
from natural m a rb le s and g ra nite s to the m ine ra l
ing re d ie nts used to produce the man- made
products we supply. We a re ve ry conscious of our
environmental im p a c t and focus on wa ys to reduce
it. Our wa s te stone, roughly 2000 tonnes per ye a r, is
crushed and recycled for use in the construction
industry.
Our 270,000 sq ft fa c ility is heated s o le ly by lo w
carbon, renewable biomass hea ting systems. The
wa ter used in our fa ctory is c o ntinuous ly cleaned
and recycled to ens ure we never dra w from the
lo c a l wa ter supply. We continue to search for new
and inno va tive wa ys to lessen our im p a c t and
protect the p la net whic h has g ive n us so much.
