he main part of the property is fenced on all sides with rustic
but functional buck-and-pole fence (except where bordering
private property). The east part of the property, across the
road, is entirely fenced with buck-and-pole and wire fence.
This portion of the property could be used as a horse pasture
or a second building site. There is a separate well and electricity already
running to this part of the property.
