TRUE FOXES 4PM -Formed in 2019, True

Foxes are a stunning, female duo from West

Cornwall. Cousins Amie Parsons (Lead Vocals/

guitar) and Chloe Payne (Vocal harmonies/

bass) blend together atmospheric harmonies to

create hauntingly beautiful melodies.

HEDLUV & PASSMAN 5PM - Hedluv +

Passman are a rap duo from Redruth, Cornwall.

They perform “Casio rap”, a genre where lyrics

are laid over simple homemade beats.

DIE SPANGLE 6PM - Dië Spanglë,

unhinged sing-along punk from Cornwall.

Half Serious, Half Stupid. · “Feral music for

unhousetrained people”

LOUELLA JADE EKE @ THE CROWN,

Louella is an accomplished singer songwriter

from Cornwall. With sweet honey melodies

that have a whiskey kick over a strong rhythm

guitar style, she can really captivate an

audience. She has influences in every genre

so her songs are varied, reaching from folk

to blues to rock and roll. A roller coaster of

emotion and feel.

Having supported The Levellers, Louella has

played to a great variety of audiences and

always goes down well, engaging with her

listeners both through song and conversation.

Louella’s stunning voice and her phenomenal

ability with the guitar will have “the hair on the

back of your neck stand up.

KARAOKE @ THE ROYAL BRITISH LEGION,

The Royal British Legion is here to help

members of the Royal Navy, British Army,

Royal Air Force, veterans, and their families.

To celebrate Golowan they are putting on a

karaoke night in their licensed premises on

Bread Street for their members and guests

of members.

SKILLYWIDDEN @ PENLEE PARK OPEN

AIR THEATRE Entry £6.00-£32.00 7.30pm

A nos lowen (Cornish dance night) beneath the

stars. Legends of Cornish Celtic dance music

Skillywidden pack dance floors with their take

GOLOWAN

on the nos lowen style of Cornish dance music.

If you feel like dancing, no previous experience

is needed. Most of the dances are simple

enough to pick up just by following people

who already know them. Alternatively, just

have a listen, and soak up the sound of Cornish

traditional music at its best.

The line-up includes former members of

internationally acclaimed Cornish traditional

music band Dalla on bouzouki, fiddle,

clarinets, viola, and percussion, with the

addition of guest musicians drawn from the

cream of Cornwall’s talent in other genres.

Their exhilarating performances convey the

sheer joy they take in Cornwall’s indigenous
