I like working with clients and each company isunique, bringing new experiences, challenges, andopportunities. I find this fascinating and exciting. Also, thebest part for me is seeing our solutions and advisorymoving from vision to action, driving transformation in thecompany, and delivering real business results. This bringssatisfaction and motivates me to keep doing what I do”,shared Kamales while disclosing the fascinating part in herbusiness role.“By running my own business, I have full control over thetypes of projects we do, who we work with, and what kind ofresults we can bring. For example, we usually work withmultinational corporations, however, if there is aninteresting project with a small company or start-up, wecould still take it on. I am also excited about exploring newcapabilities and skills. For example, back in 2016, manyclients asked about the impact of blockchain and crypto intheir business.
