much a part of this as the expansion and modernization
of the employer promise (employer
value proposition). This is measured, for example,
through status surveys or standardized exit
interviews. Adequate measures are derived
from these findings.
A corporate culture that is marked by appreciation
is an important prerequisite for
a consistently high staff satisfaction. But the
desired culture can only thrive if certain conditions
are met. ENGEL has developed the 3V+
concept (with trust, responsibility and change
as the three values). These three core values
represent the core values of the ENGEL corporate
culture. Trust means honesty, appreciation
and a down-to-earth attitude. Responsibility
takes the form of customer focus, consistency
and the will to succeed. Change is symbolised
by pro-active initiative, courage and clarity.
The goal of ENGEL focuses on these three
values, and thus they have been integrated into
the ELOS – ENGEL Lean Organisation System
along with the three EPOS (ENGEL Process
