Real time alerts allow full and constant caring of your boiler. If you choose to,
through remote assistance your Service Centre can solve problems and optimize
performance by adjusting the parameters of your Ariston system, guaranteeing
uninterrupted comfort.
If your system has a fault or is not working properly, you are
notified in real time through the app. Being able to address any
error immediately and with the right information will help your
technician to solve anything in the shortest time possible.
The system parameters can be adjusted remotely via the internet.
In this way your technician can manage your product’s settings to
ensure top performance. And if your boiler has a fault, the service
centre is able to resolve it remotely, in real time, and with no need
to be physically present on site.
