STADIUM INFORMATION COVID-19 MEASURES Please follow good hygiene practices at all times, including washing your hands regularly, and avoiding touching your face, handles, and railings wherever possible. SECURITY MEASURES Security measures will be in place at all entrance points to the stadium. The RFU is working closely with police and security forces to ensure the safety of those attending Twickenham Stadium. OPENING TIMES Main concourse open at 11:30am and seating bowl open at 13:30pm. LICENSED BARS Level 1 & 2 Bars opeen from 11:30am until 18:45pm approx (2hrs after FW). Level 4 & 5 bars open from 13:30pm until 16:30pm (15 mins prior to final whistle) Please note all bars and catering concessions at the stadium are operated on a cashless basis - only card payments are accepted. WORLD RUGBY MUSEUM South Stand Piazza Entrance open 10:00am until 3:00pm. RUGBY STORE Main South Stand store open 09:30am until 6:30pm and can be accessed from the south concourse. You can also shop online at englandrugbystore.com MOBILE STORES Mobile Stores located on the concourse are open from 11:30am until 6:30pm. ENQUIRY OFFICE/LOST CHILDREN The enquiry office, appropriate for urgent enquiries or lost children, is located in the southeast corner of the stadium near Gate F. PUBLIC TRANSPORT South Western Railways will be running an enhanced service from Twickenham and Richmond Stations to London Waterloo and the West. Walking distance to Twickenham, Whitton & St Margarets Stations. London Underground District Line from Richmond Station and Piccadilly Line from Hounslow East – normal Saturday service. London Overground Normal Saturday service. Shuttle buses to Richmond and Hounslow East stations will be running for up to three hours post-match. The shuttle to Richmond picks BRITISH up AIRWAYS FAN VILLAGE from Whitton Dene and the shuttle to Hounslow picks up from <strong>Rugby</strong> Road, both to the north of the stadium. The service is free post-match and pre-match more than two hours prior to kick off. Less than two hours prior to kick-off there is a charge of £3 per person. PITCH INVASION Any unauthorised pitch access before, during, or after the game will be liable to ejection from the grounds and a lifetime ban from Twickenham Stadium. FIRST AID Located in North East corner of the East Stand and under the South West corner of the West Stand. LOST PROPERTY Please email LostProperty@rfu.com BRITISH AIRWAYS FAN VILLAGE TOILETS/ACCESSIBLE Ladies & Gents Toilets on ground and middle tiers. Accessible facilities on all main concourses accessed by RADAR key. NO ENTRY WITH… Cans, bottles (any bottle shaped glass container), canisters, containers, glasses or fireworks – all denied due to legal liability.

The PA system is zoned – those you can’t hear clearly will not at that moment apply to your area. Stewards, officials and police officers will direct you. Remain calm, go quickly to point directed for safe evacuation. RECYCLING Black bins are for general waste and green bins are for recycling. Please help us cut down on waste by using recycling bins. NO SMOKING Please be advised that Twickenham Stadium is now a completely non-smoking Stadium. The smoking of cigarettes, e-cigarettes or vaporisers is not permitted anywhere within the green perimeter fence line of the stadium.
