cooked in clay pots that help preserve and maintain the ingredients’ delicate<br />

flavors. Menu highlights include: Braised Chicken with Shallots and Garlic,<br />

Four-head Giant Abalone with Rice, Braised River Eel in Fermented Bean Curd<br />
