Research<br />
Practical issues and societal challenges are central to <strong>Eawag</strong>’s research, which focuses on water for human<br />
welfare and ecosystem function, as well as strategies for resolving resource-use conflicts. <strong>Eawag</strong> researchers<br />
pursue a systems approach, seeking a holistic understanding of processes and relationships. These efforts are<br />
supported by transdisciplinary collaboration in national and international research networks, as well as contacts<br />
with water professionals and authorities.<br />
