Welcome to The Racecourse for this evenings Combined Counties League game<br />
and a special welcome to our visitors from <strong>North</strong> <strong>Greenford</strong>.<br />
The season has started very strongly for Jamie and the first team, with Cup and<br />
League wins. We hope to maintain the positive momentum tonight ahead of<br />
what could be a very busy few weeks on the pitch - our new signings seem to<br />
have settled in well alongside some older faces, and we are playing attractive<br />
football.<br />
We are still a couple of weeks away from the start of the season for our Juniors<br />
and Ladies sections, but it’s been great to see many of them in pre-season<br />
action - we will be fielding a record number of teams this year (over 80), and as<br />
the club grows we need to make sure we have the structures in place to support<br />
all of our volunteers. The hours and hours of work that my Board colleagues and<br />
wider volunteers put in on a weekly basis is remarkable, all supported by our<br />
hard working staff.<br />
A quick reminder - our popular Holiday Camps continue for another couple of<br />
weeks, all bookable via the website.<br />
