develop people; work collaboratively; and made difficult decisions. Provide details of your successful advancement<br />

efforts. Include at least one challenge and how you overcame it.<br />

• A current resume or CV. Please include the size of the organization; direct reports; and budget responsibility within your<br />

current purview.<br />

• A one to two-page statement of faith that includes your spiritual journey and its relevance to your personal and<br />

professional life.<br />

• Provide the names and contact information (telephone numbers and email) for four references who know you and your<br />

career well enough to comment on your suitability for the role.<br />
