18 ΧΟΡΩΔΙΑΚO ΦΕΣΤΙΒAΛ ΚΑΡΠΕΝΗΣIΟΥ INTERNATIONAL CHOIR FESTIVAL OF KARPENISSI Mixed Choir of the “Friends of Music Association” from Kavala, Greece Μικτή Χορωδία Συλλόγου Φίλων Μουσικής Νομού Καβάλας, Ελλάδα Ο Σύλλογος Φίλων Μουσικής Νομού Καβάλας ιδρύθηκε το 1975 με σκοπό τη διαφύλαξη , καλλιέργεια , προαγωγή και προβολή της μουσικής έκφρασης του ελληνικού λαού . Με τη Μικτή του χορωδία έδωσε δεκάδες συναυλίες στη Καβάλα , ανά το πανελλήνιο και σε πόλεις του εξωτερικού. Σε συνεργασία με το ΤΕΙ Καβάλας διοργανώνει κάθε χρόνο τις Χορωδιακές Συναντήσεις Καβάλας (15 μέχρι σήμερα). Τη μικτή χορωδία διευθύνει η δραστήρια μαέστρος κα Μαρία Σγουρίδου καθηγήτρια μουσικής. Διευθυντής: κα Μαρία Σγουρίδου Πιάνο: κα Μαρία Πολυχρονίδη It is founded in 1975 with the intention to preserve, cultivate, promote and highlight the music expression of greek people. Together with its Mixed Choir, it gives a lot of concerts in all Greece and abroad, as well. It counts four participations in the choir festival of OTE Thessalonikis, two in Xatzidakeio festival of Ksanthi and others, such as: the 3rd choir meeting of Florina,the celebration of October 28th in Dimokritio University of Thasos, the 2nd choir meeting of Drama, the 3rd and 5th inter-Balkan festivals of Argos Orestikou and the choir meeting of the Municipality of Kifissia, Preveza, Thiva, Aigio, Plagiariou, Pella, Lamia, Agria Magnisias, Volos and Argiroupoli Kilkis. Moreover,it participates in the festivals of: Bulgaria, Nuremberg, Germany, Italy and Bosnia-Erzegovina as well as in Gkazi (Athens) with a two-hour program and in various television shows. It also takes part in the events of Derinia and Nicosia dedicated to the integration of Cyprus in the European Union in 2004. Besides, it collaborates with several cultural associations in Kavala and, more specifically, with the band of the XI and XX Division giving concerts both in Kavala and in other places. It participates every year in ‘’Eleutheria’’ of the Municipality of Kavala and in other cultural events,too. Its annual co-operation with the Technical College contributes to the organization of the choir meetings of Kavala. Finally, the mixed choir is conducted by the teacher of music, Ms Maria Sgouridou. Choir Conductor: Μrs. Maria Sgouridou Pianist: Mrs. Maria Polyhronidi Choir Association of Steirio “I Steirida”, Greece Χορωδιακός Σύλλογος Στειρίου “Η Στείριδα”, Ελλάδα O Σύλλογος ιδρύθηκε το 2001. Σκοπός του συλλόγου είναι η αναβάθμιση του πολιτιστικού και μορφωτικού επιπέδου καθώς και η βελτίωση των κοινωνικών σχέσεων και γενικότερα όρων ζωής των μελών του συλλόγου και των κατοίκων της περιοχής. Έχει συνεργαστεί με φορείς και συλλόγους πανελλαδικά. Είναι ο διοργανωτής του Χορωδιακού φεστιβάλ Στειρίου. Αποτελείται από 40 μέλη με χοράρχη τον καθηγητή βυζαντινής μουσικής κ. Κώστα Λέκκα. Διευθυντής: κος Κώστας Λέκκας It is founded in 2001 aiming to improve the cultural and educational level,the human relationships and the quality of life of the choir members and the residents,in general. It collaborates with associations in all Greece and,at the same time,plays the role of the organizer of the Steirio Choir Festival. ΔΙΕΘΝHΣ ΔΙΑΓΩΝΙΣΜOΣ ΧΟΡΩΔΙΩΝ “ANTONIO VIVALDI INTERNATIONAL CHOIR COMPETITION “ANTONIO VIVALDI” Mixed Choir of the Municipality of Alexander the Great, Greece Μικτή Χορωδία Δήμου Μεγάλου Αλεξάνδρου, Ελλάδα Η μικτή χορωδία του Δήμου Μεγάλου Αλεξάνδρου, δημιουργήθηκε το 2000 για να καλύψει διάφορες επετειακές εκδηλώσεις, αλλά και να αναβαθμίσει όχι μόνο το Δήμο αλλά και τη γύρω περιοχή. Η χορωδία αποτελείται από 40 περίπου μέλη και στο ρεπερτόριό της περιλαμβάνει έργα κλασσικά, έργα από τη Βυζαντινή υμνογραφία, Δημοτικά και έντεχνα λαϊκά. Το 2001 απέσπασε το 2 ΒΡΑΒΕΙΟ σε πανελλήνιο διαγωνισμό χορωδιών που έγινε στην Αθήνα. Διευθυντής: κος Αντώνης Παπαδόπουλος It is founded in 2000 in order to deal with several anniversary events but also to improve the Municipality and the wider area. The choir consists of almost 40 members and, in its repertoire, works of classical and Byzantine music, traditional and artistic songs, have a significant position. In 2001 it is awarded the 2nd prize in the Panhellenic choir competition held in Athens. Choir Conductor: Μr. Antonis Papadopoulos Choir of the Musical Cultural Association of Evropos, Greece Χορωδία Μουσικού Πολιτιστικού Συλλόγους Ευρωπού, Ελλάδα Η χορωδία του Συλλόγου Ευρωπού δημιουργήθηκε τον Οκτώβρη του 2010. Αποτελείται από 20 μέλη και στο ρεπερτόριό της περιλαμβάνει όλα τα είδη της χορωδιακής μουσικής. Σκοπός της χορωδίας είναι η καλλιέργεια της μουσικής των μελών της και η πολιτιστική αναβάθμιση του τόπου και της γύρω περιοχής. Η χορωδία μας έχει κάνει αξιόλογες εμφανίσεις στην Θεσσαλονίκη και πρόσφατα σε χορωδιακό προσκύνημα στη Βασιλίδα των Πόλεων την Κωνσταντινούπολη. Its aim is to highlight music and establish the cultural improvement of Evropos. The choir participated in Salonica’s festivals and recently in a choir worship in Istanbul. Choir Conductor: Mr. Antonis Papadopoulos Choir of the Women Association from Griva, Greece Χορωδία Συλλόγου Γυναικών Γρίβας, Ελλάδα Η χορωδία του Συλλόγου Γυναικών Γρίβας δημιουργήθηκε τον Γενάρη του 2010. Αποτελείται από 20 μέλη και στο ρεπερτόριό της περιλαμβάνει όλα τα είδη της χορωδιακής μουσικής. Σκοπός της χορωδίας είναι η καλλιέργεια της μουσικής των μελών της και η πολιτιστική αναβάθμιση του τόπου και της γύρω περιοχής. Η χορωδία έχει κάνει αξιόλογες εμφανίσεις στην Γρίβα, σε χορωδιακές συναντήσεις του Νομού Κιλκίς αλλά και στην Θεσσαλονίκη. Διευθυντής: κος Αντώνης Παπαδόπουλος It is founded in January 2010. It consists of 20 members and in its repertoire all sorts of choir music play an important role. The choir intends to refine the cultural level of its members and of the wider area, as well.
