BOOK YOUR ACTIVITY ONLINE<br />
f you are an NDIS Participant and have a current Service Agreement in place with <strong>NADO</strong>, you can<br />
quickly and easily make your bookings online, check upcoming activities and change your account<br />
details all in the one convenient location.<br />
1 - Just visit www.activities.nado.org.au<br />
2 - Log in with your username and password<br />
3 - Select the NSC Calendar<br />
4 - Choose your activities<br />
5 - Checkout and make payment<br />
6 - Receive your booking details via email<br />
If you are new to <strong>NADO</strong>, please call 1300 738 229 and state that you would like to join our NSC.<br />
Please note: bookings for all activities are essential and will require confirmation from our staff.<br />
We are unable to accept people without a confirmed booking. To ensure your bookings are validated<br />
please check all of your relevant paperwork is up to date. This includes your <strong>NADO</strong> Service<br />
Agreement, Risk Profile, Medications Form(s) and Management Plans.
COVID-19 REGULATIONS<br />
<strong>NADO</strong> adheres to NSW Health rules<br />
All staff will be vaccinated or hold a validated medical exemption<br />
Some venues may require proof of Covid vaccine prior to entry.<br />
We will be undertaking pre-screening including monitoring for flu like symptoms checks.<br />
Participants may not continue with service if they are exhibiting flu like symptoms<br />
Participants who have had Covid 19, are a close or casual contact must show proof of a negative<br />
Covid test before returning to NSC<br />
Masks should be worn wherever possible<br />
<strong>Social</strong> distancing should be practiced wherever possible<br />
Staff will have appropriate PPE, cleaning and hygiene products available<br />
IMPORTANT INFORMATION<br />
t <strong>NADO</strong> our aim for people who participate in our programs is to have a fun, safe and positive experience.<br />
To ensure we have all of the relevant information and to provide the best possible support, we are<br />
unable to confirm bookings unless we have a signed <strong>NADO</strong> Service agreement, Risk Profile, Medications<br />
Form(s) and Management Plans.<br />
BOOKING INFORMATION<br />
Bookings are essential and can be made online at www.activities.nado.org.au. All bookings will close the<br />
Friday a week prior to the event and will not be accepted the week of the activity.<br />
Please Note:<br />
Staff support costs will be funded from an individual’s NDIS funds (based on staff ratios).<br />
Unfortunately, we cannot provide transport to and from the meeting point.<br />
Please be aware we aim to provide high quality care to all people and their individual needs. Limited<br />
places are available for 1:1 supports.<br />
CANCELLATIONS AND EMERGENCIES<br />
If you need to cancel your booking please aim to do so at least 2 days before the activity by calling 1300<br />
738 229 or email activities@nado.org.au. Cancellations made with 2 days or more notice will not attract a<br />
cancellation fee for your supports. Fees paid for ticketed events may be refunded or credited if we are<br />
able to replace your booking.<br />
