WEEKEND GUIDE<br />
TERM 3 - <strong>2023</strong>
IMPORTANT INFORMATION<br />
Before booking into <strong>NADO</strong> KidsZone each child must have a current and active Service<br />
Agreement, NDIS Plan, Client Profile or any relevant plan requested. Service will not be<br />
commenced until this is completed, in date and received - Please contact us if you are unsure<br />
of this.<br />
Bookings are essential for each day and will close on Friday the week prior. Maximum capacity<br />
may be reached according to support ratios.<br />
To book please email kidszone@nado.org.au Bookings will be accepted once they have been<br />
confirmed and the child has ALL in date documents<br />
Payments - Activity pricing is to be paid prior to the day of the service unless prior arrangements<br />
have been made.<br />

Please send a receipt of payment with reference of what has been paid.<br />

3 - In Person - You can book and pay in person at our Head Office Reception (28 Gidley Street, St<br />
Marys) between Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm<br />
Transport - No transport can be provided to and from the program unless an arrangement has<br />
been made prior.<br />
Cancellations - Any cancellation within 7 days of the support will be charged to the via the NDIS<br />
funding. Activity costs will be charged 31<br />
where tickets have been purchased and cannot be<br />

or replaced.<br />
Please ensure children’s belongings are labelled, all money / cards / vouchers<br />
greater than $20 is handed to the Coordinator at the beginning of the program,<br />
and no cash or items of value are carried or in backpack.<br />
Please be aware we aim to provide high quality care to all children and their<br />
individual needs. 1:1 supports 50 may be booked out sooner than maximum 69 venue<br />
capacity to allow this high standard of care to be provided.
