Cancer Insurance supplements your existing
medical insurance in case you are diagnosed with
cancer; medical insurance alone may not be
enough to cover your expenses. The plan pays a
cash benefit during the term of your coverage
following a positive diagnosis of an internal cancer.

● Blood, Plasma, and Platelets (every 12 months): $15,000
● Surgery (maximum, depending on surgery): $3,000
● Anesthesia (% of surgery benefit): 25%

Cancer Initial Diagnosis:
○ 1 time benefit of $5,000 when a covered person is diagnosed for the 1st time in their life as
having cancer other than skin cancer.
○ 1st diagnosis must occur after the effective date of coverage.
