Surfers
{ Fistral Beach - shown below } For those coming to Newquay to
chase the waves, nowhere quite beats the famous Fistral Beach.
Which is ideal for all abilities from beginners to experts. The north of
the beach is best at all tides. The south of the beach usually breaks
left and is best during mid to high tide.
FAMILIES
{ Porth Beach- shown above} A sandy and sheltered
beach, Porth is protected by headlands on both sides
making it a super sunbathing spot. Sit back and relax
on your sun lounger with a good book and leave all your
troubles behind you…just don’t forget the sunscreen!
LOCATION
{ Towan - shown below } With its easy swimming,
rock pools and overlooked by the iconic House
on the Island, is the perfect family destination.
The beach is overlooked by the Killacourt area of
Newquay and is not far from some lovely cafes,
restaurants and shops.
Laid-back
{ Great Western Beach - shown above } Nestled
between Towan and Tolcarne beaches in Newquay
bay, Great Western sits understated as the quieter
resident, offering a more individual and laid-back
feel. Complete with its own surf school, surf
restaurant and bar on the beach making this a
perfect all-rounder for everyone to enjoy.
