Ambassador is a consultative role supporting the Board of Directors in developing the Sorority’s efforts around Diversity, Equity
and Inclusion. The DEI ambassador will lead efforts to engage our membership in conversations around inclusivity within LTA and
foster collaborative efforts to develop future solutions and initiatives.
Four DEI Listening Sessions occurred throughout the year where members participated in facilitated
discussions about diversity, equity, and inclusion within the sorority. In addition to sharing personal
experiences, members offered policy recommendations for the Board of Directors to consider.
Information gathered during these sessions will be an integral part of building the 2022-2026
Strategic Plan.
