At the Citizens Advice Powerhouse<br />
Project, we can give you the skills to<br />
budget for your energy bills, improve your<br />
home efficiency, reduce your carbon footprint<br />
and help keep you warm - and it's all free of charge.<br />
To take part in this scheme you must live in Cornwall,<br />
be aged 16 - 24 and not in education,employment or training.<br />
It's also open to people on zero hours contracts, those at risk of homelessness and people<br />
with an Education and Healthcare Plan. We're also open to people leaving care.<br />
