Robusta ® SQ25 swing gate Access control Single and double Robusta SQ25 swing gates with tubular infill, adapted posts, hinges, lock- and ground bolt system. <strong>Product</strong> detail BENEFITS Rigid construction All elements of the Robusta SQ25 swing gates are of an extremely rigid construction: frame, tubes and post system. Security The distance between the vertical bars is 110 mm, complying to the highest safety standards. Optimal setting The locking system allows optimal adjustment and is easy to install. Universal opening The hinges are adjustable and allow each gate wing to swing through 180°. All hinges are positioned symmetrically. High quality coating The Robusta SQ25 swing gates receive high quality coating. Quick installation & exchange-ability The Robusta SQ25 swing gates are designed for quick installation: the accessories are limited to a minimum. Applications Functionalities
Frame Frame out of profile tube 60 x 40 or 60 x 60, with bars of 25 x 25 mm, mitre welded in the frame at a distance of 110 mm. Posts Square posts out of welded tube with cap. Optional: welded fence connection strip or fence connection clips for the attachment of the panels to the gate posts by means of specific connection strips. Components • Hinges: adjustable, allow the gate wings to open through 180°. • Lock system: external secure lock system, with adjustable latch. • Ground bolt: manufactured from stainless steel and attached to the wing, to be anchored into the central floor plate. - Standard on double swing gate: 1 ground bolt - Additional ground bolt for single or double gates: optional. • Ground stop will be delivered with double gate. • CE Marked Robusta SQ25 swing gates are CE marked according to the European regulation: Construction products regulations (CPR) (EU-305/2011) and type tested according to standard EN 13241-1 for industrial, commercial, garage doors and gates. Coating technique Galvanised and polyester coated (min. 100 microns). Colors Green RAL 6005, white RAL 9010, black RAL 9005 Hot dip galvanised finish available.
