Our Coatings The durability of PVC Long lifetime • Developed for extended durability in high corrosion environments (C4&5), increasing product lifespan. • Ideal for marine and industrial environments. • UV resistant PVC compound (passed 2500 hours QUV-B test). • Coating durability proven by many years of application on welded/woven products on rolls and on welded panels. • Thicker and more uniform coating layer. • Thermoplastic PVC delivers flexibility and elasticity of the coating, resulting in excellent corrosion resistance, especially of flash weld points. Our Coating Guarantee Quality: a way of working Betafence continuously invests in quality during all stages of our production processes. We have three main quality objectives: • To realize true satisfaction of our customers • To efficiently manage our key processes • To continuously improve Our ISO-9001:2015 quality certification guarantees that our customers are always assured of receiving the best quality products. We guarantee quality For PVC and PES coated products, Betafence offers 10 years guarantee in non-aggressive environments and in high-corrisive environments when our specifically developed coatings are used. Quality controlled The product quality is constantly tested and evaluated. Stringent quality requirements on our coatings assure a very long product lifetime, even in aggressive environments. Our quality zinc and plastic, and superior Zincalu ® coatings meet the highest standards in the market. • Salt spray test for polyester coatings: max. 10 mm loss of adhesion after 1000 hours salt spray, tested according to the standard ISO 9227. • Kesternich test (SO2 test) for polyester coatings: max. 10 mm loss of adhesion after 25 cycles, tested according to standard ISO 3231. • UV-tests for PVC and polyester coatings simulate the resistance to deterioration due to sunlight, humidity and temperature, tested according to standard ISO 11507.
