Flexibility in height and width of the wall. Additionally this product is easy to install. Design Specific design as the posts and accessories are invisible. Noise reduction The gabion stone wall has been tested in an accredited laboratory, according to ISO 10140-2 (30 cm wide wall filled with lava stones). Panel These are welded panels 2000 mm width. They are available in several heights. Mesh sizes: 50 x 50 mm. Wire diameter: 4 mm. The system is completed with cover panels available in 3 widths of 200 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm depending of the thickness of your Gabion Stonewall. Posts and fixing A new post concept has been developed for the Gabion Stonewall and posts are invisible, once the filled wall is finished. The square posts have a section of 60 x 60 mm. The panels are fixed on the post with one universal fastening part. The pattern of holes in the fastening parts makes it possible to build a filled wall of 200 mm, 250 mm or 300 mm thick. Accessories need Fastenings Universal fastening part, hot galvanised, to fix the welded panel to the post. Spacers Zincalu coated spacers at the panel weld seams so that they cannot shift. The length depends on the thickness of the wall (200/250/300 mm). Self-drilling screws To fix the fastening parts to the post. To be provided by the customer. Stainless steel clips The (Fortinet) clips are used to fix the cover panels to the panels. 200 mm 250 mm 300 mm Coating The panels are Zincalu® coated. Due to a specially designed Zincalu covering, the lifetime is increased by 50% compared with heavy galvanising. The posts are hot galvanised.
