Publifor ® Security Barriers Publifor ® system consists of a concrete base encased in steel, surpassed by a frame. This frame is filled with panels according to the specific application. <strong>Product</strong> detail BENEFITS Fast installation No physical anchoring in the ground is needed. The units are set down where needed with a forklift truck and then connected together. Different levels of security Different panel types can be mounted in the frame. System Base Frame Panels Base with standard dimensions L 2550 x W 700 x H 805 mm. Metal sheet: 2 mm. To be filled with concrete. On top of the system base a rectangular frame is welded: 80 x 60 mm (heavy version) of 60 x 60 (light version). Metal plates are foreseen on both sides to connect the different units. Panels are fixed a single side or on both sides of the frame with fixators: Nylofor 2DS, Nylofor 2D, Nylofor 3D, Securifor and Securifor double skin. Those panels can be combined with closed infills: Nylofor 2DS panels or Securifor panels + metal sheet. Special polycarbonate version for transparency and high resistance to load, to impact, to graffiti and fire. Gates Gates are installed directly on the Publifor modules. The opening systems guarantees 180° and a fast unlock for emergency situations. Single and double swing gates certified until free passage till 628 cm (2 x 314). Corners Corners till 90° can be easily installed by means of special corner modules. Coating technique The panels are made of galvanised wire, and an adhesion layer is provided for perfect adhesion with the polyester top coat (min. 100 micron).
