Opening this year’s Enterprise Week, Derry City & Strabane District Council are delighted
to announce the return of the popular ‘Meet the Buyer’ event. This event will offer small
and medium enterprises the opportunity to increase sales; network and establish
connections with large public and private sector organisations with good buying capacity.
WHY ATTEND?
This event will provide a platform and great opportunity for SMEs to showcase their
products and services to organisations. Small and medium sized enterprises wishing to
take part as a Supplier in a series of pre-arranged 1-2-1 meetings, must pre-register via the
details provided below.

PREPARING FOR THE EVENT
To help you get the most from this key event as a supplier, Council is delighted
to announce the launch of the ‘Sales Accelerator Programme’. This dynamic new
programme will provide 50 new Business Innovation and Growth (BIG) clients with two
days of 1:1 mentoring and access to three special sales-oriented workshops. Businesses
can also avail of pitching workshops to hone their ‘Elevator Pitch’ in advance of this
unmissable event.
