Jesus College Record 2022

In his report (page 140), MCR President Paul Davis echoes his
JCR counterpart in celebrating the richness and variety of
student life this year, with headline events such as exchange
formals, film and board game nights, and welfare teas all back,
and as popular as ever. He writes: “The Jesus MCR continues to
be a resilient, lively community. We are grateful to all the people
in College whose efforts to provide us with spaces, support,
and advice make our activities possible.”
The post-pandemic resumption of normal College life, with its
rich variety of events, has been a joy. It has been exhilarating, if
hectic, to teach and research face to face once again, to attend
