대상지에는 풍부한 관광자원이 있다. 하지만 수많은 차량 유입을 수용하지 못하
는 교통체계를 갖고 있고 관광자원으로의 접근성이 물리적으로나 프로그램적으
로나 떨어지는 특성이 있다. 우리는 0000 Project를 통해 교통혼잡을 해결하
고 다양한 관광자원을 이용하여 대상지에서 일어나는 여러 활동을 공간과 유기
적으로 연결하고자 하였다.
