Always install, repair and useyour Marzocchi Suspension System in strictcompliance with it’s owner’s manual.9. OTHER RIGHTS. This warranty gives youthe specific legal rights, and you have alsoother rights which vary from state to state(USA only).10. APPLICABLE LAW. Any disputes arisingout of this agreement or the use of thisMarzocchi Suspension System will begoverned by the laws of the country of Italyand will be decided by the Courts ofBologna, Italy.NOTEThank you for the purchase of this MarzocchiSuspension System.
