A lobby Entrance is fully glazed with glass block, which illuminates the interior and creates a direct connection with
active pedestrian street. A rain garden is situated between the exterior front balconies and invites tall trees to grow
the full height of the building. And with extensive amount of rainfall in the region each front deck and front roof drains
directly into the garden below, easing pressure off the City’s already stressed stormwater system.
