A strict material requitement in the West End dictated the exterior materiality to be portland cement stone panels to
coordinate with many of the existing buildings in the area . A carefully crafted and articulated facade design consisted
of over 20 different stone pillasters types over two buildings. This required a careful degree of modeling and coordination
in order to communicate the numerous details and control the quality of the design through construction.
