History<br />
Andrew Bays, Iain Curry and Henry<br />
McCowen were originally partners at<br />
James Harris. Three years after it was<br />
sold to a national agent in 1997 they<br />
established <strong>BCM</strong> in Winchester, later<br />
opening an <strong>Isle</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Wight</strong> <strong>of</strong>fice in 2011<br />
with James Attrill and Oxfordshire in<br />
2020 with Tom Bishop.<br />
