pubs, restaurants, and bars internationally
for major brands such as Marriott Hotels,
Heineken, and Wells & Co, Craig revived
Rileys, the UK’s oldest competitive
socialising operator. Despite mid-pandemic
administration, Craig refurbished over 50% of
Rileys’ estate, driving 50% like-for-like sales
growth in 2022. Rileys raised £1.5m in thirdparty
debt to fund new sites in 2023.
