The transformed grid is utilized as amain factor, composing the form, the sections, themain morphology and the internal organization. Theorganization of the area-terrain is a crucial elementof the composition. From Egnatia Street, a limit isset, by installing a urban square that gently introducesthe users to the building and then, graduallytransport them into a dense vegetation garden. Onthe contrary, the configurations on Lambraki Streetare organized as an uneven system with stairs andindividual squares that strongly integrates buttargets the element of gardens, vegetations andlagoons.+2: offices,workshops& cafeteriaThe users, approaching the building, are crossingthe outdoor squares, moving to the semi-outdoortransitional areas when finally they enter thebuilding. Stairs as lounge areas, uneven patios andinner squares receive users by activating multipleactivities. The composition focuses on the building’sfunctional organization program by designingspaces that can obtain multiple activities and createenjoyable environments with distinct spatialconditions. The system of columns organizes themovements of users. At the same time, this form ofexternal epidermis -skin- controls the external lightthat is transferred into the building.Internally, the spaces are designed based on "open’’floor plan principle urging for individual remodelingand adjustments based on the different activitiesand needs. This flexible system of variablepartitions, operates a distinct spatial unit, it framesthe dominant use, it shapes with correspondingprinciples, it allows free, transparent movement andvision contact with the outside.6 1st master plan & the grid application on the plot7 diagrams2m 4m 10m
