"Frammenti" is an editorial work focused
on the topic of commuting. It represents a
visualization of a personal data gathering of
two weeks, done for both catching aspects never
noticed and for observe better what it is
always there.
The structure is composed by an introductive
experiential map, that as a real index
provides information about where each data
has been collected. The principal stylistic choice
is that no one of the place and detail investigated
has been directly declared with their
name, but only expressed with the geographic
coordinates. This has been done for focusing
more on personal feelings and sensations,
and to let the mind think freely, to stimolate
always new research and perspectives. The
coordinates expressed represent salient point
or aspect of the journey.
Combinatios of images are not always
done juxtapposing photos of the same location
or that are in the same place, but also
merging some that together could express
and tell something different. Eventually, even
if data are coming from different observation

and obtained in different way (sound, pictures,
drawing, phrases), the work presented appears
homogeneous, focusing on the visual part.
Information provided differently has been visualized
as well. At last pages is possible to
find all the references to every feature considered
with a numerical and progressive order.
All materials has been collected only
with phone and not edited on purpose.
