We recognize the importance of taking<br />
an integrated approach to sustainability.<br />
As such, we have conducted a<br />
comprehensive evaluation of our procurement<br />
practices and are committed<br />
to achieving fully sustainable practices<br />
by 2025. To help us achieve this goal,<br />
we established a team of Procurement<br />
<strong>Sustainability</strong> Ambassadors who are<br />
fully supported by the Vice President<br />
Global Procurement and Supply Chain.<br />
To embed the new processes and requirements<br />
in our daily operations, we<br />
provided training to all members of our<br />
global procurement team. Approved<br />
by the Institute of Environmental Management<br />
and Assessment (IEMA), the<br />
training focused on ISO20400 auditing<br />
requirements – the global standard for<br />
sustainable procurement.<br />
As part of our efforts to promote responsible<br />
practices among our suppliers<br />
and partners, we revised our<br />
Supplier Code of Conduct, with extra<br />
attention to social and environmental<br />
commitments. We also established a<br />
sustainable procurement due diligence<br />
process, in which we evaluate our suppliers<br />
based on location and commodity,<br />
and developed a plan to assess high-risk<br />
suppliers based on their sustainability<br />
performance.<br />
