What led you to become headline sponsors for the
Q inaugural Modern Law Private Client Awards?
Being a cloud-based practice management software solution
A LEAP is able to continually evolve as a product, over the last
year we have made a number of significant enhancements to
the software that supports private client work, so the inaugural
Modern Law Private clients Awards seemed the perfect event
to support. Having previously sponsored the Modern Law
Conveyancing Awards, which has become so well respected, it
seemed obvious for us to be involved.
What positive impact do events like the Modern Law
Q Private Client Awards have on the legal industry?
AAwards such as the Modern Law Private Client Awards have a
tremendous impact on the profession, promoting best practice
and celebrating leaders within their field. The Awards reward high
standards, great service, dedication, and innovation and recognise
the significant achievements of both winners and nominees alike.
What was your favourite moment from the night, and your
Q favourite category?
It was an absolute pleasure to be involved in such a special
A evening, the highlight this year was our Director of Lifetime
Planning, Craig Matthews having the privilege of awarding the
2023 Lifetime Achievement Award to the family of the late Keith
Biggs in his honour.
QWhile gaining a competitive edge over other nominees is
what sets the winners of the night apart from the rest,
just how important is continued collaboration across the
legal industry to ensure success and justice?
ACollaboration across any profession is essential, it is
only by addressing challenges together and sharing
knowledge we achieve the best outcomes for all, and
quicker, in what is a rapidly changing profession.
